You’re now halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Day 16 doesn’t require any equipment. Let’s dive in!

Here’s what today’s workout includes: sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These moves have a bit of a twist to them to really get you sweating.

Take your time and control each movement to feel the burn in your core. This will help you build strength and stamina. If the workout was easy, your core wouldn’t be working as hard, says Svava. You need to push yourself to get that toned body you want.

When you start to get tired, make sure you open up your chest instead of falling forward. Falling forward can restrict your breathing. Remember to keep your chest open and breathe deeply.

You’ve got this—keep moving! The workout is just 10 minutes long, consisting of five moves, done in two sets.

Here’s the routine:
– Perform each of the five moves for 40 seconds.
– Take a 20-second rest between moves.
– Repeat the entire set one more time.
