You’ve reached the halfway point of Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Today, on Day 16, there’s no need for any equipment. Let’s jump right in.
For today’s workout, you’ll be doing sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These moves come with a twist to really make you sweat. Make sure to control each movement to feel the burn in your core, building strength and stamina. It’s supposed to be challenging to help you get toned.
When you start to feel tired, remember to keep your chest open and breathe deeply. Avoid hunching over as it can restrict your breathing.
Keep pushing—you’ve got this! The session is 10 minutes long, with five moves repeated twice. Perform each move for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest, and then do it all over again.
